I need a driver's license?

I love a car ride. (Don’t we all?) But I’m not stupid enough to ride with my head hanging out the window and my tongue dragging the ground. I’m a bit more subdued when I ride. Like, digging my toenails into Her legs while taking it all in. (What can I say? I’m short and need a leg up to see out of the windows.)

I don’t think I’m supposed to ride in a car untethered where I live. And, usually, I don’t. It’s really not safe. (The car’s not moving in this picture, so don’t worry about me.)

Why not take your pooch along for a ride today? They give good treats at Our bank’s drive-thru window… does yours?

What You Learned Today:

• Dogs love to ride in cars. Make sure they’re safe and secure in a travel crate of some kind before heading out.
• Whatever you do, and I’ve said this many times, DON’T leave us in the car “for just a minute” in the heat. Even with the windows open.
• Just for fun, take us through a bank’s drive-thru window and ask for a treat. LOL!!
