Here’s a little picture of me to get your week started off on the right paw.

What You Learned Today:

• Scotties have a unique appearance that’s all our own.  Grooming shapes up our ears, eyebrows and mustaches, but the rest is all up to us.  Well, most of it anyway.
• I get stripped every year.  Lots of people think this procedure hurts, but it doesn’t.  (I guess it depends on who’s doing the stripping doesn’t it?) My thick, hard, wiry coat is perfect for stripping.
• No matter what kind of dog you have, please take the time to give him or her a good brushing.  If for no other reason than to spend some good bonding time together.  Plus, it feels good.  (If you were covered with hair, wouldn’t you appreciate a good brushing????)
