Some of you may remember this picture, but this is the way I’m feeling today. Puny. So, it’s nice to rest my little head on the floor. Or on the bed. Or on the stairs. Anywhere but in an upright position.
I was up a lot last night. Throwing up whatever it was that made me NOT EAT dinner. (You know it’s serious when I don’t eat.) I just trundled on up to bed while They were cooking dinner last night and made myself at home. All by myself. No dinner. No playtime. No tossing the toe while watching Dog the Bounty Hunter (my favorite show). No nothing.
I even ruined Their good bedspread (’cause you know I sleep on Their bed, which is really MY bed and I let Them use it). Why is it that I throw up on the GOOD stuff when there’s plenty of dog sheets covering everything?? Do you ever do that?
I’ll keep you posted. It may be a rough day.
What You Learned Today:
- Sometimes we doggies get into things. Lord knows what, but things are out there for us to swallow, gnaw on or roll in.
- You people pay attention to what we – um – regurgitate. You might find something helpful in that stuff to determine what we’ve gotten into, which could be very useful if we end up going to the Vet.
- Whew. I’m just going to lay low today. I think.
- Who knows? I may just pop up from this position as if nothing ever happened.
- Keep your fingers crossed.

Oh, Stuart – we’re so sorry you ate something bad – Mom is always after us for nibbling on things we are supposed to. She is terrified that we might eat a wild mushroom so she tries to destroy everyone she sees and there were a lot of them this year.
Hope you feel better soon. – Dolly
