This story makes me so sad. And mad. All at once.
Now, y’all know I’m kind of an apolitical kind of guy. I don’t really care about what goes on in government as long as people are treated fairly, respectfully and the way they’d like to be treated themselves. Right? No problem there, is there? So, as I tell you this horrific story, just forget about the politics. OK? Promise?
Here goes:
Seems there was this man. Who had a family. And a setter dog. You know, one of those kinda big dogs with long, nice furs. One that would stay in, say, one of those BIG crates. (You know, everything looks big to me. I’m small in stature.)
Well, this man and his family, including the dog, went on a trip. There was no room for the dog crate after they packed up the car. For a 12 hour trip. So, the man put the dog in the crate, then put the crate on top of the car. I’M NOT KIDDING. It makes me sick to think about it. Well, the family – with the dog on top of the car in the crate – start off on their journey when one of the children in the car notices stuff dripping down the window. (I didn’t say this was a PRETTY STORY.)
I guess I’d lose my bladder and bowels, too, if it had been ME in the crate. On TOP OF THE CAR. For a 12-hour trip. You would, too, probably.
But, then again, it WOULDN’T have been me in the crate. ON TOP OF THE CAR. My peeps would never do ANYTHING like that. EVER. (Yes, I’m “shouting” with my keyboard locked in the ALL CAPS position. It’s hard on my toenails, but I’ve got to tell this story the best way I know how.)
So, without politicizing anything – and I’m truly not – would you elect this man to be PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA?????
No. I thought not. Next time, big guy, why don’t you put YOUR CHILD IN A CRATE AND STRAP IT ON TOP OF A CAR. read the story here

Oh What a Story Stuart..it is true…an old story, but very true…( this man has shifty eyes too). Now the other dog, the one the man promised his kids when the election was over, He has only gone on vacation with the family and then had to go on his own plane with his HANDLER..to me a handler is a Vet Tech, that holds me when I got that thing shoved ‘you know where’…I don’t like either man at all…they are not dog people…we never see their dogs running and having a good time…The handler loves them I am sure, since he spends all his time with the dog
alas, I do miss Barney and Ms Beasley…they were a great first dog and first mate…

Unfortunately-the Constitution (not that we follow it anymore) says you can’t be President. You’re not 35 yet. It doesn’t say anything about being a dog and to prove it, we’ve have a few dogs lately.
Are you serious??!! What a JERK! They should have strapped HIM to the top of the car! Poor doggie! What is wrong with people, I just don’t understand. You doggies are much more dignified and kind than use humans.

Poor Irish Setter. I guess when you have five kids in a car with your wife that totals seven maybe he should have gotten a camper for the family vacation.
Yep that would have been the smart thing to do. But, what politican is smart I ask you. They are mostly brainless, deficient, dense, dim, dodo, dull, dumb, foolish, half-baked, half-witted, idiots.
