Ah me.
Ah me. I’m just not quite myself today. Just can’t get my act together. Haven’t eaten a thing all day. Snoozing, visiting the girls next door, hanging out outside….but just not quite up to snuff.
Hey, I’m thinking about changing up my blog. Needs a new look maybe. What do you think?
AND I still can’t bark at some of my friends.

Stuart, Stuart, Stuart! Don’t change just for the sake of change-only to improve. We love you the way you are and there are improvements to be made – like your Postless Sundays are invisible-but I still check anyway. Don’t do something akin to putting black shoe polish on your unique coat. You’re YOU and we love YOU the way you are. Now if you want to solicit opinions on improvements to your blog, go right ahead-but don’t give up, big fella. You make my morning and make me ready to face Kenzie and we all wonder about him, by Sunday night I’m a wreck. Would your peeps consider a Stuart-Kenzie trade?
I forgot. Go revisit your posts in June, July and August about “I wish it were winter”. I’ll dig them up for you (and you know how I love to dig). When it is cold outside and I feel blah, I liven up the action by eating up some of the stone floor or doing a Scottie shuffle on the rug (or some of the other doo if it is raining). Think of us poor deprived canines who have only seen snow for four hours and the feel of the ocean once. The saguaros are always taller on the other side of the fence. Terrier up, when it is winter you miss the summer and when it is summer you miss the winter. We have lemons here-you want lemonade?
Maybe you’re suffering from cabin fever…..you need a critter to chase. Then you’ll feel better.

We are saddened here at the Dog House’ this week. Last Thursday we lost our sweet Scarlett the Greyhound. She appeared to have a stroke and when we got to the vet, Dr Jacobs thought it might be even worse than a stroke. We miss her so much, Things are not the same with out her.
we will be in our ‘funk’ for a while, but loving and enjoying the memories of our time with her.
