It is SOOOO hot here where I live, the birds have to use potholders to pull the worms out of the ground. (Thanks, Ms. Scruggs, for that one.)

Big pools, baby pools-it doesn’t matter. Water isn’t for me. Do I look like a Scottish retriever?
Every dog move aside I will drive right in! I love to swim. Tomorrow Sarge Speaks Out is hosting the Olympic swimming event for blogvile and you can see me there in still the worlds largest in ground spring water pool. It is humongous.

Lot’s o scotts !!! As for me…Mac…..I have my own ‘boat’ to float on in the clan swimmin’ pool. I snooze while the folks swim sip margaritas and talk. No I’m not allowed to be there alone. They put my ‘boat’ in the shed when done ’cause I’d try to float alone.

Mr. Fox and Scruffy are not fans of the big people pool. In fact Mr. Fox barks non stop when his two legged brother swims and Scruffy trembles at the mere thought of a bath. We don’t have room for a baby pool or I’d try one. Those Scots should jump in and have fun.

Not me. I stay faaaaar away from water (unless it’s to drink). Most Beautiful Brindle Furs melt if they get wet, you know. I just try to stay as close as pawsible to the cold box.
