A Lazy Day

Not a bad view...

Not a bad view...

You know, my life is pretty  easy.  Today I think I’m going to snooze a bit, lounge a bit and generally take it easy.   Right now, as you can see, I’m keeping watch over some of my kingdom.  I just dare a chipmunk to scoot across the patio.  NOT.

Life’s good.  What are you doing today?

What You Learned Today:

  • Saturdays and Sundays aren’t good posting days.  I’ve got too much lounging to do.
  • I like to lounge around.
  • Being lazy isn’t a bad thing.  Sometimes.  Especially when it’s nearly 100 degrees F outside.  (Keep us indoors on days like this.  We can get overheated easily.  And, whatever you do, don’t leave us in hot cars – even with the windows cracked – it gets hotter in cars than you can ever imagine.)

About The Scottie Chronicles

Winston welcomes you to The Scottie Chronicles - a blog that began in 2009 as a voice for Stuart, a more than memorable black, brindle and white Scottish Terrier who captured hearts around the world. Stuart passed suddenly in December 2015 from cardiac hemangiosarcoma, a nasty cancer that took him far too early. If you love Scotties, please follow along. Arroooo!

  1. You have the most adorable li’l toes, Stuart, that I have seen, since my Bonnie Lou’s when she was a puppy and laid just like that with legs stretched out behind her. You’re a gorgeous guy!

Go ahead...Bark Out Loud! ArroOOOO!
