Whew. Playing takes a lot out of a guy.
Y’all don’t see me play with toys much, but I do it. Sometimes. Like when I want to go next door and play with Sniglet, Abigail, and Mama Kitty and I can’t. Because they’re not home. Can’t even watch TV with them this morning!
Sooooo, that means that I drive Them crazy while They try to work. (Tee Hee!) Then, She’ll get out the toys – my favorites these days are a stuffed mongoose and a stuffed Taco Bell dog.
Here I am all pooped out from barking, running around, and chewing up the mongoose.
Still can’t go next door and play. Shoot.
What You Learned Today:
- We Scotties are creatures of habit. Lord help Us All if I don’t get my way. Every day.
- Right now I’m sulking in the kitchen.
- And They’re trying to work.
- Guess I should let Them do that, huh?
- After all, if I had to pay my own vet bills, I’d be “up the creek.” Now there’s an interesting phrase.
Hi Stuart
We know your peeps need time to work and stuff (to pay the bills) but after they have worked they will take you out for a nice walk. When it is cooler. That’s fun.
Hector
You’re so right about that Hector! Thanks for reminding me! Roodles, Stuart
PS We’re all thinking about you and your family — your peeps, Bonnie and little Wellington. Give them all a ROO from me would you, Stuart
We don’t play with toys much. Kendra LOVES her ball, and Bella loves tormenting me into a game of chase. And we like getting OUR way as much as possible, too.
XXXOOO Daisy, Kendra & Bella
Well I’m glad to hear that because I think She thinks I’m really not 4 years old at all. Rather like, um, 15 or so. Toys schmoys.
BUT, sometimes I do like a good tug of war with that darned mongoose. On the floor in front of me. And that stupid Taco Bell dog that’s perched up on the box in front of me. I’ve chewed the daylights out of that thing.
Y’all be sure to get your way. ALL THE TIME. OK? Roodles, Stuart
Pippi only has a few toys but one looks like that. It is a flying squirrel that looks like roadkill.
