Wordless Wednesday

What You Learned Today:

  • Y’all know I don’t do “Wordless Wednesday” much, but I thought I’d do it today.
  • My Aunt Jane, who’s sick today, took this picture of me and doctored it up to look like a watercolor painting.
  • I think it’s pretty cool.
  • Thanks Aunt Jane! Feel better soon!
  • Now, really, what’s the point of Wordless Wednesday if it’s not WORDLESS??????
  • Good grief. Sorry about that, but I always have something to say.

About The Scottie Chronicles

Winston welcomes you to The Scottie Chronicles - a blog that began in 2009 as a voice for Stuart, a more than memorable black, brindle and white Scottish Terrier who captured hearts around the world. Stuart passed suddenly in December 2015 from cardiac hemangiosarcoma, a nasty cancer that took him far too early. If you love Scotties, please follow along. Arroooo!

that is a beautiful picture of you Stuart. Mum has a woman at her store that does paintings from photos and when we can get a picture of all 3 of us, we are having a watercolor done. your aunt is VERY talented. we love it and wish we could put it in our store.

    • I cannot tell a lie. My Aunt Jane used a computer program to make me look like a watercolor. (Although..truth be told, she’s an artist, too. So is my “He” peep. They both paint, draw, and stuff like that.) He even paints on floors and walls.

That picture is just super. Love all the dimension and details. Done a few charcoal pencil and watercolors of Button here. Also put wool appliques on pillows. Embroidery is fun too. But the most challenging was a Scottie in salt dough.

That picture is so amazing!!! Stuart you are one lucky ducky!! Don’t ever be wordless…what would a Scottie be without something to say???…like a Westie who has nothing to say…doesn’t make sense:)
