Watercolor Wednesday

Ah me. Here’s another in my series called “Watercolor Stuart”, although this one is kind of like a pen and ink version.  Thanks to my Aunt Jane, who found some pretty cool photo editing stuff. I just love messing with photos.

Hey, please join me in wishing my peep a Happy Birthday today, won’t you? Even though it’s Her birthday, They’re taking ME shopping today. Just to spend time with together. Isn’t that just too cool? We’re just going to look around and pop Our noses in some stores. Not looking for anything in particular.

Boy, am I glad I picked Them to live with.

What You Learned Today:

  • Birthdays are special days, don’t you think? I’ve got nothing to give Her today but love. Hope that’s OK. (I think it’ll be just fine!)
  • Even though I kvetched in yesterday’s post, today I get to go to a shopping place where I’m welcome INSIDE just about everywhere!
  • Love you Mama!

About The Scottie Chronicles

Winston welcomes you to The Scottie Chronicles - a blog that began in 2009 as a voice for Stuart, a more than memorable black, brindle and white Scottish Terrier who captured hearts around the world. Stuart passed suddenly in December 2015 from cardiac hemangiosarcoma, a nasty cancer that took him far too early. If you love Scotties, please follow along. Arroooo!

  2. Happy Birthday to you, Stuart’s Mummy! You of the green beans and greenest grass, greenest garden in the ‘hood. A very special mum, indeed. Stuart you picked well! And as the Irish (those other Celts) say:
“May brooks and trees and singing hills
Join in the chorus too,

And every gentle wind that blows

    Send happiness to you.”

  6. Kyla says:

Happy b’day to Her. She better give you at least a taste of the cake or She’ll answer to me. Did you give her Frosty Paws?

On the picture, one advantage of being black (or black and white) is that a color picture of us looks the same as a black and white picture. It’s getting to less of an advantage but They tell me that black and white film was a lot less expensive to buy and process than color film. They never explained to me what a film was. If it isn’t something edible, I don’t really care.

  7. Happy birthday to your mom, Stuart! Have fun shopping!
