This me as a wee lad. Look at all these toys. There are at least four in this photograph: my purple baby mouse, my cow toe, my rope tug and my black and white cow that moos. Sadly, two of them bit the dust long ago. But I have a toy chest that’s chock full of toys. Almost six years of toys. And there’s no way I can remember all of them.
So, here’s a big ‘ole honking gift idea: Wrap up some old toys and give them as new! We pooches will never know the difference! After all, we really can’t play with 15 or 20 things at a time. So it’ll be like getting new stuff all over again. And you won’t have to spend a penny.
Now that’s a good idea if I say so myself.
What You Learned Today:
- Sometimes, you don’t need to go hog wild with dog toys. Lots of us already have more than we know what to do with.
- I tell you this on Christmas Eve so that you can wrap up something really quick for tomorrow morning. And not have to go buy something.
- YIPPEE! The Fat Man comes tomorrow!
Yes-and don’t throw them away. Give them to a shelter if you don’t want to gift them and are going to trash them anyway.
Great idea and we love your scottie pillow!!

Sweet William The Scot
We don’t really play with toys….Bella buries them and we have an occasional game of tug. BUT Roxy loves them. Santa gave us a squirrel this morning and it’s already missing an eye. (It’s only 7:30 a.m.) BOL!
