A Few Loose Ends

It’s a good day to just do nothing but snoop around. So here I am snooping around. Hey, while I’m thinking about it, there are a few loose ends that need to be tied up. Here goes:

  • I’m STILL having trouble barking at some of my blogger and blogspot furiends. So don’t think I’m not your friend anymore. Douglas, Hoke, Sweet William, Downunder Daisy…and many, more more. We just can’t figure it out. Still trying. Here’s a BIG ARROOOOOO especially for you.
  • Speaking of Downunder Daisy, Sweet William tells me their blog has been removed. So, I hopped over there and sure enough, they’re not there. Don’t know whassup with that because they’ve been barking out loud, and at me, too, so I know they’re there. Huuummm….
  • Douglas asked me if I swim. No. I don’t. At least I’ve never tried. Maybe I’ll do that one day…I do go to the beach enough to go swimming, but I don’t think many Scotties swim. I even jump over puddles of water. Not a fan.
  • Kyla wants to know whassup with me at the beach all the time. Well, my Kyla friend, I only go once a year. They just like the pictures of me. (Who wouldn’t really?)
  • I miss my friend Maggie and just wanted to say, “Hi Angel Maggie! Say ‘hi’ to BoBo for me OK?” I know Mitch and peeps are really distressed at her passing. Here’s a big ArrooooOOO   Rooooo! for Maggie.
  • Hey, since it’s February, remember that March is Scottish Terrier Month. At least I say it is. So start planning now for your Scottie Month celebrations.
  • Let’s see what else? Uh…has anybody heard from Mai in Slovenia? She’s MIA.
  • I think that’ll just about do it for today.
  • OH….  I had to switch from Intercepter to Sentinel for heartworms and whipworms. Does anybody know anything about Sentinel??? Hope it’s OK.
  • OK. Stuart out.

What You Learned Today:

  • I’m a bit slow today. Again…I ate something that made me feel puny. Whew. I just never learn do I?
  • Hey….We’re turning our Watercolor Wednesday pictures into things like cards, calendars and stuff, so if you want to order anything, send me an email: StuartTheScottie@hotmail.com. Reasonably priced, too!

About The Scottie Chronicles

Winston welcomes you to The Scottie Chronicles - a dog blog that began in 2009 as a voice for Stuart, a more than memorable black, brindle and white Scottish Terrier who captured hearts around the world. Stuart passed suddenly in December 2015 from cardiac hemangiosarcoma, a nasty cancer that took him far too early. He would have been 12 years old in March 2018. The Scottie Chronicles is dedicated to Stuart and the joy he shared with everyone who met him or saw him from afar. If you love Scotties, please follow along. Arroooo!

I think you’re able to leave me comments on westiejulep.blogspot.com … right? … you will need an account/password such as gmail to leave comments on blogspot – but I do believe you have several options as to how to sign in to leave comments.

Good luck – hope you figure out all this stuff … katie

  2. Kyla says:

Katie-I also cannot even see the home page of “Downunder Daisy”. The page that comes up is from Blogger which is also used by SWTS and Douglas and it says that “Blog has been removed”. I not only was able to see Douglas’ home page with his new adventures from the weekend, but was able to comment on it (yes, I was using my Google account).

    GOOD NEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    Received this from Downunder Daisy
I awoke this morning to find my blog deleted. Blogger is being a bugger again. I’m trying to read through all their information, but so far no joy. Hopefully, we’ll be able to sort it out. Thanks for writing……

Now Stuart ~ Don’t worry about visiting me I am still working on my blog. Swim ~ I can swim circles around those three little fishes in a little bitty pool.
We all miss Maggie. Our prayers are with her family. Maggie got them through a lot. Doggies can do so much for us humans. Humans leave Wills the only thing doggies can leave is the love they left behind.
Sweet William the Scot & Lee

  5. Douglas says:

Stuart, do you think I’m a strange Scottie since I love water and don’t dig?! Wait, not strange…unique! I’m a unique Scottie! But it’s true…I love water, except for bath time, and I’ve never dug a hole. I like to lick dirt though, does that count?

  6. christina says:

My Pippen loves to swim too! We belong to a scottie club and we had a picnic once at one of the human’s houses and they had a koi pond and of all the 30 or so dogs there, Pippen was the one who jumped right in and swam across! She did it a couple times! Those poor fishies!!

  7. Kyla says:

Yippppeeee! Downunder Daisy is back. I posted there!

  8. Daisy says:

Hi, Stuart. We’re back…..and it looks like just in time to start planning for Scottie Month. We just logged on this morning and our blog said it was deleted by OWNER! We followed all the Blogger Help advice…we’ve added Blogger Help to our list of oxymorons….and then it magically reappeared. Go figure.

Bella loves to swim, I love to paddle and we’re unsure of Roxy.

    XXXOOO Daisy, Bella & Roxy

Sturat, Susie here, love that pic, you look just like my bubby Sidebite. That water thing, don’t worry about it, I love rain, the sprinkler system and baths so much I will make up for you avoiding it., makes my curry hair soft and straight after Mom drys me off then gives me great kisses & huggs. .

Sid was born in March. That is a good reason for it to be Scottie month.

  12. Amelia and Marcella says:

We like your pretty Collar Stuart.

  13. Abigail says:

I have to use a Google username on many of the Blogspot hosted blogs, that helps me.
