About The Scottie Chronicles

Winston welcomes you to The Scottie Chronicles - a blog that began in 2009 as a voice for Stuart, a more than memorable black, brindle and white Scottish Terrier who captured hearts around the world. Stuart passed suddenly in December 2015 from cardiac hemangiosarcoma, a nasty cancer that took him far too early. If you love Scotties, please follow along. Arroooo!

  6. Kyla says:

It’s not genuine. It has a hole in its back and I, a real Scottie, have a hole in my head.

  7. theguster says:

I am surprised to see that Scottie in black and white – I have the same figurine in orange and white. Yes, you read that correctly, orange. They are vintage figurines and it was given to me as a gift. My house is full of Scottie stuff. They are like potato chips, you can’t have just one!

  8. sue ellen hall says:

Stuart our friend….sounds like your peeps collect Scotts like our peeps!!
We had a bad thing happen. The man peep we in the front year with L&M on leads when a boxer came up behind them and attacked Lucy… knocked the peep down and tangled him in string leads…. the mom peep ran out and hit the boxer w/ the witch broom till he left. Lucy is okay…puncture wounds on face in ear and head. On meds and shaved spots on head.
Boxer had to go to jail…was on a rampage and attacked another dog. His peep is really sad…
A little aroo from L. Mac sends some zzzzzzzzzz’s
Have a quiet week end Stuart ~~~~~~~~~

  11. bichonpawz says:

Our friend has a scottie…and her house has TONS of scottie stuff in it!! That’s ok…we love you!! xoxo Chloe and LadyBug

  12. Sandy Bruning says:

We, too, have lots of Scotty stuff – and the ‘dusting’ – that is the project and a half – we try to help our Mom – but somehow it seems we make some of the ‘dust’ – from the outside to the inside.
Oh well – Scotty ‘stuff’ is always wonderful – however, even we agree with some of your other arooos – that planter is one ‘ugly scotty’ — tell your neighbor ‘many thanks’ as that is the polite thing to do – but put it in the back of the collection….always – Tobias, Cherry, Shadow & Lady..

  13. You are much better looking Stuart!

Go ahead...Bark Out Loud! ArroOOOO!
