Come on over here little fella. I’ve got something great to tell you.
Listen to this.
A few weeks back, there were two dogs lost near my house. I blogged about it hoping somebody would take them in.
Well, these two lost pooches now have homes. They’re not together anymore, but they’ve got furever homes.
Whew. That was a close call for those two strays. And I’m glad you were here when I heard this news. That makes it a Happy Monday!
Hey, I don’t guess you rock stars ever get lost do you? With no ID tag or chip to tell anybody where you belong? (Even though I did see a collar and a leash in your nifty travel bag. Is that what that is?)
Huuum….
Never mind, let me finish showing you around my backyard kingdom.
First, there’s this stuff called monkey grass and that I love to snoop around in. Sometimes you can barely tell I’m in this stuff.
Bashful? Are you coming? Hurry up…I’ve got stuff to show you…
- Bashful came to visit me for a little while.
- He’s my friend Bacon’s friend.
- Bacon couldn’t come along, so I’ll be sharing our adventures through The Scottie Chronicles.
- I’ve never spent any time around a rock star.
- Hope he enjoys himself.
Oh wow! It looks like Bashful is having a great time out in nature. I don’t think he gets that from me though – snorts. And well you know, a rolling stone gathers no moss so that’s why he never gets lost … and because he’s got great friends to always help him out! Thanks my buddy! XOXO – Bacon
Reblogged this on Pig Love and commented:
Check out where Bashful is out and prowling around my friends! XOXO – Bacon
we are thinking you have to walk REALLY slowly for bashful to keep up with you 🙂
maybe you could give bashful a riding tour around your yard, stu?
edgar and his mum
I have an ID tag on my collar, PLUS a chip so I can always get back to Momma. She won’t take any chances!
Stuart, you shouldn’t be doing rock rescue when there are so many deserving animals in need. The rocks can afford to wait for a new home. As a matter of fact, all rocks need a new home every so often. Besides, if I did get a rescue rock, I’d want it to have more personality than Bashful. You and Easy did do a good job of fostering Bashful, however.
Nice of you to show Bashful the sights there in your garden……looks like he’s having a fab time as most rock stars do!
Kitty Hugs, Sammy
Is Bashful traveling? Where is he going next?
Who knows where that rolling stone will end up next. XOXO – Bacon
Hip, hip Arrroooooo! So happy those pups found their forever homes!
Now, don’t gnaw Bashful’s eyes off.
XXXOOO Daisy, Bella & Roxy
How great you have a bashful rock – something to roll around and take care of – but thank you all for the rescue dogs – always good to know others out there are helping others!!
Tobias, Cherry, Shadow & Lady
I am glad those dogs got a home and Bashful looks like he is having fun!
