If there’s one thing I’m looking forward to on Thanksgiving, it’s green beans. Not the casserole kind – YUK – the plain ‘ole cooked kind. On my very own little white plate. With my kibble.
Now THAT’S what I’m taking about.
What You Learned Today:
- Only a few more days ’til Turkey Day.
- The peeps and I will be betting on a few football games and swilling some brewskis in front of the boob tube ALL DAY LONG.
- And if you believe that, I’ve got a bridge to sell you…
- Tee Hee!
- What are YOUÂ looking forward to on Turkey Day? And, if you’re not in the USofA, just pretend you are. It’ll be fun.
Awwwww I lub’z bean’z.. I had some tonight 🙂 xxooxxx

Drumstick, that’s what Madison is looking forward to.
Huummm….dark meat. Yes. I agree!
Lee and I are spending the holiday by ourselves. Lee has done all the cooking forever it seems and this year she said if other people cannot bring a dish then she was done. Friends said she could keep doing all like in prior years. So guess what ~ it is just the two of us this year.
Oyster dressing something that Lee loves.
We have the bahumbug spirit this year.
Sweet William T

Well, I’m sorry to hear that, but boo hiss to your friends who aren’t sharing the love that Lee shared for so long. You know what? If I lived near you, I’d bring the oyster dressing. Yes indeedy! I would!
Much love to you both, Stuart

Good for you Stuart!! enjoy the beans and live the dream 🙂
I’m living the dream right now. I found an old cow toe out in the yard while She took me for me nighttime walkies.
HEAVEN! Of course I brought it in the house and now I’m gnawing on it.
For that, and your friendship, I’m truly Thankful. Whoa.
Wow Cow toe!! goodness me..i bet it has some mighty good stank slapped on it too hahahaha….And we are Thankful to have you as a friend too Stuart..the world is a wonderful place full of wonderful friends..and all bought together by anipals!! have a great gnaw my sweet friend :)xx
The peeps are having ham, turkey, dressing, green beans, bourbon carrots, mashed white taters, gravy, baked sweet taters n cranberry orange sauce. We get turkey, cooked green beans, baked sweet tater and raw carrots on our kibbie. Then we go belly up for scritches and tummy massages. Ahhhhh….best…day…ever! Not like Christmas where SHE dresses us up for photos.
Bonnie n Kenzie, the wee Scottie girlies.
BOURBON CARROTS????? (Not scotch carrots?) Well, I guess I’d like those too. Scritches for all and all for scitches!
We are going to Uncle Brian. We do not do a really traditional Thanksgiving. Auntie Michele is a vegetarian,so we have a lot of veggies. Mom likes turkey and will eat a little bit of it. If we are good, we will get some. We hope that everyone enjoys their day.
I love me some veggies, as you know. Carrots, beans, and a few apples. Heaven!
The best treat is mangoes. Mom has her own mango tree collection and we love the sweet treats.
I’m waiting for Boxing Day, Dad makes a Canadian style (ok, no real difference to a U.S. style) turkey dinner for the family here, and I get to pig out (sorry about the turn of phrase if Bacon is reading) on turkey bits, and stuffing. Then I just lay about and burp from both ends…
ROFL……. OH ME…. I burp from both ends even if it’s NOT Thanksgiving. Thanks for the laugh…I’m truly thankful for that.
burp from both ends…what a hoot!
