I’m Downunder today. With Daisy’s pack. They need all the love and kindness we can muster to give them, so please visit Downunder Daisy today and let them know you care.
It’s so heartbreaking to lose someone you love. Someone you care so much about. Think about. Dream about. Smile and laugh with.
Even though they may be so very far away, they seem so close don’t they?
We Scots have a bond. Around the world or across the street, there’s always a spot in my heart for a Scottie. (And all creatures great and small.)
That’s one of the nice things about a blog. I meet so many folks who I feel have become my friends. Daisy was one of them.
I never met Daisy, but I knew her and her pack of pals Kendra, Bella and Roxy through her blog adventures. And let’s not forget her peeps. My peep and I met her peep a while back thanks to Pippi’s peep.
We had a delightful visit.
I’m glad to have been that close. To the hand that cared for Daisy.
Rest in peace my girl.
We so hated to hear about Daisy – what a kinship we all have.
xoxo

You were the first blog I followed. Daisy was the second. Daisy’s peeps can do what they want but in my opinion there’s no better way to honor her than to get another Scot who really needs a home.
Daisy took a chunk of our hearts with her. Daisy was the very first blog I found and I got a Google Account so I could leave comments on her site before I got my blog.

We are so sorry to hear about Daisy. Our sympathy to her good friends and family.
I’m so sorry for Daisy and her family, it’s so hard when someone has to go to this bridge.
Was soooo sad to read this – thanks Stuart. We popped across to give our thoughts. Mama’s a little bit toooo upset and I don’t know why – I must go a comfort her …….
Thanks much Stuart, Daisy was like our third blog we followed, we gots a big hole in our hearts, a Scottie Clan member has left to be in good hands, we send her off with our bagpipes playing for her!

Thanks, Stuart. We’re still a bit fragile here. SHE tends to tear up, and Roxy and I, Bella, are a bit subdued. Daisy was our Top Dog and anchor, and we don’t know where she is…..
XXXOOO Bella & Roxy
This is a very nice memorial to Daisy. I (we) followed her and the Downunder gang since she was 8. Another hole in our heart for a lost Scottie, friend and loving little girl. Thank you Stuart.
Stuart what lovely words and so true we have been to say how sorry we are about poor Daisy..it reall is so cruel and sad to lose our sweet family members..we have only been following their pack a short while even though we are down under too and were so saddened to see how quickly this rotten disease took their baby girl..we send to you also our love and hugs as you need a cuddle too Stuart. so sad but I am glad Daisy had kind and sensible owners who didn’t let her suffer.
We were really sad to hear about Daisy – she were one special pup.
it was certainly sad to read about Miss Daisy – but we know she had a wonderful life
Lovely tribute, Stuart. We were so sad to lose one of our Scottie clan 😦

Stuart – I was so terribly saddened to learn of your friend Daisy’s passing. I didn’t know Daisy but I know of the pain of losing one of your best friends – it’s tragic. Everybody that was touched by Daisy should feel honored to have shared time with her during her all too brief time on this side. All that loved Daisy will, of course, be together with her again one day – in the meantime she’ll probably be munching on a cow toe and waiting patiently.
