Monday at the Movies – on Tuesday

I thought I’d show you that even I can run in this blasted heat.

Yes, folks. Today’s it’s about 100 degrees F. (But, thankfully, it wasn’t that hot on the day that my peep took this little movie of moi. And, don’t worry, it’s not a long one. So you don’t have to sit through much.)

Here goes:

See? Just when you thought that all I do is amble along. Saunter. Meander. Take my time. Whatever you call it, now you can add “run” to the list. (And I was only interested in a treat here. You should see me when I go after the rats with tails squirrels. Then I really run. Really. I do.)

I can move my little hiney whenever I want. Yippee!

About The Scottie Chronicles

Winston welcomes you to The Scottie Chronicles - a dog blog that began in 2009 as a voice for Stuart, a more than memorable black, brindle and white Scottish Terrier who captured hearts around the world. Stuart passed suddenly in December 2015 from cardiac hemangiosarcoma, a nasty cancer that took him far too early. He would have been 11 years old in March 2017. The Scottie Chronicles is dedicated to Stuart and the joy he shared with everyone who met him or saw him from afar. If you love Scotties, please follow along. Arroooo!

Boy! you sure can MOVE Stuart! i do enjoy a good run myself sometimes! but it’s always when we visit my grammie and grampy’s house, because I’m aloud to be off my leash in the fenced yard. No such luck at home. Oh well – i just get extra walkies throughout the day, which is nice too!

aaww Stu – what a fabulous video of you picking up the pace – I ❤ it. Hope you saw my new brother yesterday. I admit I'm a little smitten. Mom stayed in the terrier family because of you and falling in love with your breed. You'll have to give me some pointers soon. I'll be doing a post about it. Thanks bro! XOXO – Bacon
