Haha – yes, that’s you. My Rocky had skin allergies that showed up as an ugly rash on his belly anytime he laid in the clover or in the grass after getting his belly shaved. We wound up putting him on Apoquel (& stopped shaving his belly) & he never had ugly rashes again! (Also… Your peeps might make sure they get your belly COMPLETELY dry after a bath – prolonged contact with wet fur bothered Rocky…)
I think I’ve heard of Apoquel. About the dryness… yes. The peep gets that mean blow dryer out after every bath. And I mean EVERY bath. Yuk. Thanks for the tips!
