About The Scottie Chronicles

Winston welcomes you to The Scottie Chronicles - a blog that began in 2009 as a voice for Stuart, a more than memorable black, brindle and white Scottish Terrier who captured hearts around the world. Stuart passed suddenly in December 2015 from cardiac hemangiosarcoma, a nasty cancer that took him far too early. If you love Scotties, please follow along. Arroooo!

We have never encountered a cat. Good Stuart! I don’t think that we would have reacted the same way.

  8. Kismet says:

Kyla loved cats because she was with a lot of them when the peeps rescued her. Misery loves company and cats were OK as long as they treated her OK.

  9. Bella, Roxy & Macdui says:

We think a ‘normal’ cat would run up a tree. The other morning we found a cat that wanted to take on the THREE of us! He definitely wasn’t normal. But we still chased him up a tree.

  10. we would have had that thing up the nearest tree !

  11. Well, I can say as a Terrier of Scottish lineage, I sometimes am friendly with cats but other times I am one mean doggie and I bark and growl and chase those cats away. So, maybe it is just our fluctuating moods?!?

Go ahead...Bark Out Loud! ArroOOOO!
