Oh Me. Something’s Up.

Oh dear. Something’s wrong with me today. I’m not sure what, but We’ll find out after the Dogtor’s appointment later.

post dental

This is what I looked like the last time I came home from the Dogtor’s. In September, when I had my dental procedures done.

Hope I look better than this when I get back today!

Overheard at my house this morning…

“I’m glad you’re back. See how he’s acting?”

“Have his ears been back like that all morning?”

“Yeah, and he hasn’t walked at all. Not like his usual Stuart Stand instead of a walk, but different. He just doesn’t move. He doesn’t want to eat. Doesn’t want to go see Sniglet. Nothing. And he had trouble going down the front steps this morning.”

“Hum, he sure is acting like something’s wrong. Glad we could get an appointment with Dr. Elliott this afternoon. Something’s definitely wrong. Not eating? Not Stuart.”

“Oh my lord. I pray it doesn’t have anything to do with that dried chicken foot I gave him last night.”

“Why on earth did you do that???????????” Bad words.

“Well, we were having such a nice time going through his toy box sniffing things and playing with a few things that he hasn’t touched in years. I found that foot and he smelled the foot so I just gave it to him. And he ate it. But I cut off the sharp ends of the claws. So they wouldn’t hurt him.”

Oh. Me. I pray that chicken foot isn’t walking around in my intestines or in my brain today.
