Why? Why? Why?
Too many of us have had pieces of our hearts ripped away. We’ve seen our best friends leave us too soon. Writing a list of those we’ve lost would be pointless. There wouldn’t be room to memorialize them all.
Now, our friend Gavin needs us. His peeps do, too. Just under a year ago, you were introduced to him when he was featured on a Friday’s Foto Fun. A fine, playful Scot.
He’s the center of his peeps’ lives. Now he has a mass in one of his lungs. It may be hemangiosarcoma.

Snow is one of his favorite things. A snowfall is expected tonight and his peeps hope the three of them get the chance to frolic and play in it. All night if they want to.

Not another “noma” again. The peeps after losing Kyla to mel-a-“noma” and Kenzie to liver whatevera”noma” decided to get terrier mixes who needed a home and might be less susceptible to the “nomas”. The dogless neighbors to the west decided to bomb their place with 2-4-D, a known carcinogen and illegal to use in California.They have no weeds and we have no Kyla.
I hate this. I really hate this.
