Calling All Scottie Scholars!
Now that you are on a semester break, you should relax. Like all good Scholars do. But, let’s not let our skills suffer until the next session of Scottie Scholars.
Like all good students, you must keep your reading skills up to snuff. So here’s a list of what to read over the summer:
- The Postman Always Barks Twice
- For Whom the Treats Toll
- Chipmunks in the Rye
- The Scottie and The Fury
- To Kill a Squirrel
- The Call of the Scottie
- Anipal Farm
- The Green Badge of Beans
- All Creatures Great and Scottie
- A Tale of Two Scotties
- Mary Queen of Scots
Now, that should keep you busy.
Love it!!
Please send me your address – have another title for you and want to send it along.

On its way. Thanks!
I read that book of mary, I think that’s a good read for summer… :o)
That Mary was really something.
McDuff here: What a great list of books to read! 📚 I’m thinking I’ll start with For Whom The Treats Toll because, well, because treats, which I can’t have enough of, should make a yummy story! 📖
McDuff & Mom
That’s a great starting place! Followed by the chipmunk and squirrel volumes.
“To Kill a Squirrel” certainly beats anything Harper Lee wrote. Just one burd’s opinion.
Kismet, you only say that because you’re a mocking bird.
Kali, That’s a GOOD one!! TEE-hee! It tickled our Scottiebone!
Licks,
Riley-Puppy and Tessie-Girl

Thanks for the love. Summer reading is fun isn’t it?
Mom has been going through 4 to 5 books a week. She will look for these to complete her education. Are there any more modern books in the curriculum?
I’ll have to work on THAT list. : )
LOL! I like “for whom the treats toll” best. My Tricky has a minor (thank goodness) eye infection so we are stocking up on treats this arvo. 😀
Hope it gets better real soon!
For Whom The Treats Toll has a HUGE waiting list!. We are going to read The Postmas Always Brings Treats.
Now that’s a good one! : )
