Toby.

March 21, 2003 – June 28, 2016.

A cherished friend.

Thank you for spending precious moments with us.

You helped us more than you know.

About The Scottie Chronicles

The Scottie Chronicles began in 2009 as a voice for Stuart, a more than memorable black, brindle and white Scottish Terrier who captured hearts around the world. He passed suddenly in December 2015 from cardiac hemangiosarcoma, a nasty canine cancer that took him far too early. He would have been 10 years old in March 2016. The Scottie Chronicles is dedicated to Stuart and the joy he shared with everyone who met him or saw him from afar. If you love Scotties, please follow along. Arroooo!

My most sincere condolences to Toby’s peeps and to you, as you had opened up your hearts and home to him, so this is yet another loss for you. 20. Toby's Peeps and Banks says:

We are blessed beyond blessings, for all these kind words for and about our sweet Toby. There are is no way we could ever put into the right words how lucky we were to share 13 wonderful years with him. And, how blessed we are to have Stuart’s peeps in our lives and taking such wonderful care of our silly, sassy, Scottie boy. He loved exploring Stuart’s yard and finding Stuart’s toys around the house. He was comfy there and that meant everything to us. Some over the top strange circumstances found us not being able to have Toby with us these last few days. But, he was in a safe and happy place with Stuart’s peeps and this is a gift we will always be grateful for. This grief is hard, nothing that will take it away. There is the comfort knowing that Stuart is there for Toby and they are sharing long ARROOOS with each other. Glad to finally meet. They are watching and knowing they are forever loved……

  21. Jackie says:

Oh, NO! This is so sad…..I’m so, so sorry, Nan… and Toby’s peeps. Those sweet dogs leave such a deep imprint on our hearts.

  22. Oh dear – we are so sorry and left with no words. We did not realize Toby was ailing. Hugs to Toby’s peeps and hugs to you. Run free, sweet Toby…

    Edgar and his mum

  23. I am going to be strong for you. I am sending virtual hugs. It is the circle of life and we just have to treasure every moment we get with each other. And keep going. ❤️
