Friends, this is going to take a little bit of work, but you must see this video.
Click on it, and you’ll go to the Facebook page of the 451st Expeditionary Sustainment Command in Witchita, Kansas.
Once there, scroll down until you see videos (under the photos) on the right side of the page.
CLICK ON THE VIDEO OF MACGREGOR getting his well-deserved promotion as a member of the U.S. armed forces. Yes.
Yes, friends, this’ll take a bit of work, and it’s a bit long, but once you see A SCOTTIE IN A CAMO JACKET sitting on a table with his ears back, you’ll get it. And you’ll see why Scotties lovers are, well, Scottie lovers.
I need MacGregor to pay me a visit. Do you?
Let’s not forget Stuart in his own little jacket.

Stuart would have been a great service dog. Yes. He. Would.
I could not find it, but was very inspired by the men and women shown in their various duties. I went all the way to October 2014. Maybe I was scrolling too fast and missed it.
Oh my gosh! So sorry! I’ll have to send you the link.
I have seen it on Facebook.
I’m slow.
How cool is that??? Go MacGregor!!! He does look great in his camo jacket, like Stuart looked great in his Thundershirt.
He did. That little stinker.
So sweet! Scotties are adorable dogs!
They are!
YAY Mc Gregor!!! Scotties are the most fabulous breed ever :o)
Well, that’s generous of you, you hunk of handsomeness.
Thundershirts! I love when mommy puts mine on.
arroooo – Ozzy
PS Mommy is going to look for the video you suggested.
Peeptress – that was just amazing! Made me scottie proud for sure. My two would never have sat still for the medal pinning. LOL
Wasn’t it amazing? Yes. Sometimes I thought MacGregor wasn’t very happy. His ears were back as if to say, “get this coat offa me”. But he’s a sport.
I almost scrolled by it . Great video 🙂 way to go MacGregor! Thanks for the heads up so I could see it. I’m going to show it to Rufus to give him something to work for. I would love to meet MacGregor!!
I would, too! Pat Rufus for us.
Wow! Thanks ever’body! I jus got redirected to this post and you make me feel really proud.
Sorry for the ‘ears thing’! It was a room way full of VIS (Very Important Soldiers!) and I’se not so used to LOTS of people making a fuss over me! I love getting to work with all these brave women and men! All the peeps in the room are over 6,000 miles away from the animals they love and I like to make them feel a little closer to the dogs, mules, and other fur babies they miss!
My uniform, btw, is special to me. It is made from a soldiers shirt that was worn with his body armor.
