Watercolor Wednesday – Thoughtful

What day is it? Wednesday! Time for some NEW StuART.

Scotties are such pensive and thoughtful friends. Looking out of a window seems to be a favorite pastime.

About The Scottie Chronicles

The Scottie Chronicles began in 2009 as a voice for Stuart, a more than memorable black, brindle and white Scottish Terrier who captured hearts around the world. He passed suddenly in December 2015 from cardiac hemangiosarcoma, a nasty canine cancer that took him far too early. He would have been 10 years old in March 2016. The Scottie Chronicles is dedicated to Stuart and the joy he shared with everyone who met him or saw him from afar. If you love Scotties, please follow along. Arroooo!

Yes, we agree! I (Duffy) have several perches throughout the house and yard I can view the world and keep a vigilant watch over the neighborhood. Nothing gets by me, no siree. Andy prefers the couch and Ruby, well let’s just say she has yet to learn the fine art of stillness.

Yes, gazing out the window is a favorite Scottie past time. Nick has caught on to that and now that he is 6 months old, he spends a lot of time in the bay window seat gazing out at his kingdom! Much like Stuart did.

  3. absolutely… there is nothing what touches our heart more than a terrier in the window waiting for it’s people…

I hate windows. They hurt when I fly into them.
