Godspeed Easy

Through my dark day yesterday, wallowing in pitiful grief, which I haven’t done in a while, I tried to catch up on Blogville. To make me smile.

Then. It hit me. Stared me in the face through the computer screen.

Easy is gone.

EZ-1

That wonderful mass of grey personality and love. Gone. Crossed the bridge. I had no idea.

Bless you Easy. And bless your peeps. Stuart, Kyla, Toby, Daisy, Kenzie, and so many others are there to greet you and show you the ropes.

You made us laugh. You made us happy. You are missed by so many.

About The Scottie Chronicles

Winston welcomes you to The Scottie Chronicles - a blog that began in 2009 as a voice for Stuart, a more than memorable black, brindle and white Scottish Terrier who captured hearts around the world. Stuart passed suddenly in December 2015 from cardiac hemangiosarcoma, a nasty cancer that took him far too early. If you love Scotties, please follow along. Arroooo!

  1. We are still reeling from the shocking loss. I can’t look at him without crying and to think that every time I used to look at him before I would smile and laugh. 😦 This was a wonderful post….but I wish he were here so we wouldn’t have to blog about him not being here. xoxoxoxo
