Winston welcomes you to The Scottie Chronicles - a blog that began in 2009 as a voice for Stuart, a more than memorable black, brindle and white Scottish Terrier who captured hearts around the world. Stuart passed suddenly in December 2015 from cardiac hemangiosarcoma, a nasty cancer that took him far too early. If you love Scotties, please follow along. Arroooo!
That is so beautiful! There is a print by Margaret Kimsee ( sp? Famous Scottie artist) that has a similar scene with three or four Scotties…you may know it…her signature on that particular one is different from her normal signature). There was a fierce bidding war over it at the Fala To The Rescue Dinner & live auction this November. Two ladies were bidding good naturedly, but with determination until the husband of one made the ‘ no more’ sign to his wife.
I’ll have to look that up!
No.
I didn’t think so.
Best answer on your questions is right here haha
Fabulous “serene study in black and white”! I especially love the paw prints 🐾🐾 Hopefully this was a light, powdery snow, and not the heavy wet snow that makes the famous “snowballs”!
You’re so observant. Nope. No snowballs that day!
Kyla saw snow once. She hated water and pools if she had to go into it. I guess it remimded her of baths.
Baths. Yuk.
Sweet boy!
Lily & Edward
Our boys were sweet. You’re right about that!
Piper loves snow, it can’t be cold enough or the snow deep enough as far as she is concerned. Sadly there isn’t any here in the Rhine Valley this Christmas, just rain and she hates that with a passion.
