The year’s just about gone…but if you or someone you know needs to make an end-of-the-year charitable donation, look no further than Stuart’s Fund.
Sorry. I just couldn’t let 2016 end without a shameless Stuart’s Fund promotion.
Now, I’m no tax specialist, so go out and check behind me, but you may be able to deduct a donation to Stuart’s Fund from your taxes.
Here’s how to give a gift and help yourself at the same time:
Go to Stuart’s Fund.
Click on the DONATE NOW! link under the Blogroll. To the right of the page.
From the drop-down menu, choose College of Veterinary Medicine.
Then, simply make your donation and make sure you write “Stuart’s Fund” to designate your gift. Gifts of any size will help.
Stuart’s Fund helps make the College’s hemangiosarcoma clinical trials possible. So that loved ones like Stuart – one day – can live a life without HSA. So that – one day – there’ll be a test for HSA. So that – one day – treatment will be available.
Wouldn’t that be a Happy New Year??
Thank you!
It would be the happiest of New Years! We will donate!
We already finished our gifts to each other with donations to no kill shelters, Scottie rescue and so forth. Stu’s fund should have been in the mix, but we did donate earlier this year.
I will send the staff over to help …. Have a good 2017… we hope it brings only good things to all people and pets…
i got many comments when I wore my Stuart shirt. Sidney is the first Scottie with heart disease that I’ve owned. A cure for all heart related problems would be wonderful.
