Snowy Saturdays

Gavin1snowprints

That’s Gavin in the top photo. I love that picture. If that image doesn’t show a Scottie personality, I don’t know what does.

And, of course, that’s Stuart’s butt in the bottom photo. There’s something about dog paw prints that make me happy. Very happy.

Here’s to you Gavin and Stuart. Hoping you’re both frolicking in the snow together over The Bridge.

Maybe that’s why it’s snowing here in my world today…..

About The Scottie Chronicles

Winston welcomes you to The Scottie Chronicles - a blog that began in 2009 as a voice for Stuart, a more than memorable black, brindle and white Scottish Terrier who captured hearts around the world. Stuart passed suddenly in December 2015 from cardiac hemangiosarcoma, a nasty cancer that took him far too early. If you love Scotties, please follow along. Arroooo!

Paw prints in the snow may melt and go away but the ones left on our hearts are there forever.

So I like to leave paw prints in a circle – then mommy can tell where I’ve gone… it’s snowing here & Callie and I just came in with snow beards! LOL

I so remember my first Scottie enjoying the snow. I’m glad that i can see pictures of it and don’t have to deal with melting the ice balls off their paws.
