About The Scottie Chronicles

Winston welcomes you to The Scottie Chronicles - a blog that began in 2009 as a voice for Stuart, a more than memorable black, brindle and white Scottish Terrier who captured hearts around the world. Stuart passed suddenly in December 2015 from cardiac hemangiosarcoma, a nasty cancer that took him far too early. If you love Scotties, please follow along. Arroooo!

Oh my goodness, how awful! We will pray for Prince Albert and for all the dogs who are fighting this dreadful disease. As we reach for our fur babies to hold them close and kiss their heads, may a cure for this evil scourge be found soon.

  2. Marty the Manx says:

Oh NOOOO! My heart just broke for him and his Peeps. I am so sorry that you had to have that horrible disease brought back to you in such a personal way. Keeping Prince Albert, his Peeps and you in our prayers.

Right after you announced that Stu had angio, we had a vet appointment. We asked the vet about it and he just bowed his head and we knew.
