Whoa! Where does time go?

Seems like it was just last year. But here we are another year older. Well, not really. I won’t be three until May, but I feel older now.

Especially since I’m now sleeping in the big bed with my 2-legged ones.

How’s that for a new year’s present?

Guess I’m growing up and getting to like being with these folks.

How’s your 2020 so far.

About The Scottie Chronicles

Winston welcomes you to The Scottie Chronicles - a blog that began in 2009 as a voice for Stuart, a more than memorable black, brindle and white Scottish Terrier who captured hearts around the world. Stuart passed suddenly in December 2015 from cardiac hemangiosarcoma, a nasty cancer that took him far too early. If you love Scotties, please follow along. Arroooo!

Yea!! I think that’s the BEST New Year’s present for the peeps! You decided the time was right to make it a threesome in bed with the peeps because everyone, including dogs, do things when they’re ready and comfortable about something new and different.

Wishing you three sweet dreams and good snuggles every night.

  3. WestScott says:

Yay Winston!!! You’ll enjoy snuggling up with the Peeps, and they will love snuggling up with you and knowing that you are right there with them. At our house there are 5 of us on the bed: 2 humans, 2 Scotties, and 1 Westie. Some advice to you: Just be careful you don’t lay on the covers in a way that clamps them down so there’s not enough to entirely cover the Peeps, especially when it’s cold! 😃

Winston, nothing better than body slamming mom in the bed every night. We are fine, and it’s snowing a bit right now… it’s been real cold & I wear my new FidoFleece that Santa brought me. I look so handsome. Callie has a new pink coat with a hood trimmed in pink fur – very cute on her! This weekend is my 9th gotcha day!!! Best thing that ever happened to me. AArrooo to you and the peeptress!!! Ozzy

Kaci and Kali sleep on the bed but I”m stuck in the cage.

Sophie is still waiting for her graduation to the big bed. Shelby has been in it since her second day here. She was just the best and I never worried.

  7. Kaci says:

Actually, we have SEVEN pillows on our peeps’ bed. I like the one on top of Mommy’s head, and Kali likes to go under all the covers and cuddles near Daddy. Why she doesn’t suffocate is beyond me. Our dachshund cousin, Digger, appropriately named, does the same thing.

We all are so happy you now joined the sleep together with Peeps at night. So much better than sleeping by yourself.

  8. Humphrey says:

I start with mine – get too warm – go to my own – and back from 4 on till I get her up at 8 – Great Life – you will enjoy every moment with yours! Humphrey

  9. Max moved onto our bed after he lost Millie the Westie, his life long partner… we felt he may be lonely.

  10. nordhuesn says:

Beds are the best sleep!! We stay on it until 4:30 when we get Mom up. She doesn’t appreciate it much at that hour. We are soooo glad you have acclimated to this wonderful treat.

Go ahead...Bark Out Loud! ArroOOOO!
