Watercolor Wednesday – S&S

Stuart and Sniglet. One behind the other. Great StuART for today.

meandsniglet

Many of you have asked about Sniglet. Since Stuart passed. Honestly, I don’t see her that much. She’s come under the fence a few times to say hello. And once laid in Stuart’s place beside his water bowl outside.

Over the weekend, she heard me outside next to her house. So she walked out onto her screened porch to say hi.

To tell you the truth, we see more of her roommate, Mama Kitty. She’s often in our yard, both back and front, stalking chipmunks, baby bunnies and birds.

It must be like a holiday for her without Stuart to fiercely chase her back home saying, “get outta my yard!”.

Or maybe she’s looking for him. Those two had a love/hate relationship.

Whatever the reason, it’s nice to see her. And Sniglet.

About The Scottie Chronicles

Winston welcomes you to The Scottie Chronicles - a blog that began in 2009 as a voice for Stuart, a more than memorable black, brindle and white Scottish Terrier who captured hearts around the world. Stuart passed suddenly in December 2015 from cardiac hemangiosarcoma, a nasty cancer that took him far too early. If you love Scotties, please follow along. Arroooo!

How sweet to see Stuart and Sniglet together.

Isn’t it funny to think our furfriends can have love/hate relationships as humans do? But while furfriends love and devotion is deep, they are much more forgiving than we are…we should be more like them.
