OK. Time to feel proud. I guess the US inauguration is about as close to pomp and circumstance as we get on this side of the pond.

- Don’t the Obama girls look great? All three of them. I’m not sure about the FLOTUS’ bangs, but her coat sure is pretty. (When you click on the link, scroll down to see the picture of the Pres taking the oath. In that picture, you can see the girls.)
- OK… about Saturday’s “Where In The World” post. Lots of guesses about Paris, but, actually, it was the streets of Rome. Go figure.
- And, about my snowprints in yesterday’s “Silent Sunday” post. Interesting that most of you noted the size differential of my paws. I NEVER KNEW THAT!!!! The front ones are smaller than the back ones??? Who knew?

Yes we have watched it on TV once we got home. There has been terrible car accidnets in my city, Cincinnati, due to white out snow. The weather is funny we have no accumulation but suddenly it just turns white in front of you. We have a 76 car pile up on I-257 and a 51 car pile up on 75. We here have never seen anything like this.
So it is a good day to watch the inauguration .

Mom says that Mrs O’s new fringe (bangs) is growing on her. She also says that she is the most stylish 1st lady…since the first Mrs O (nee Kennedy).
