Our sweet boy decided it was time to leave this earthly world last evening. Just as we were finishing our walk.
There are no words to describe the joy he brought to our lives or the pain that fills the empty space he left.
Thank you for loving him as much as we did.

No no no no. i’m so sorry for the loss of your little friend. This is bringing tears to my eyes and I didn’t even know the little guy. I simply thought this was just another adorable photo of him, but read the post closer and realized such sadness. I’m really sorry about the loss of your dog. I will miss the lovely photos that you’ve brought into my life through your blog. Seeing his photos always brightened my day along with the creative photo montages. I simply expected this blog with your doggie to be one of those that I would keep seeing for a really, really, really long time.

I first learned of Stuart from following Ranger and have loved reading about him ever since. I am very very sorry for your loss. We are never prepared for Scotties to leave us, since their huge personalities bring such utter joy to our lives. I am only happy that Stuart passed quickly and during an activity he enjoyed so much over the years: walking with his Peeps. My husband and I are also without children and it broke our hearts when our wonderful boy Duncan died of cancer. That was 3 years ago. It’s so unfortunate that we cannot share our whole lives with our Scotties, since we will continue to love them that long.

We know your very fond memories of the great and inimitable Stu will enfold you until you meet again! We will certainly miss him and all of the JOY and Happiness he brought everyone! We still love Stu very much and we are thinking of him with our loved ones in Heaven playing and frolicking without a care or pain in sight, just waiting for us to join them! We know we will recognize Stu the second we meet him in Heaven! What a wonderful day that will be to be joined together in LOVE!

Arooooooooooooooooo to you Mr Stu – we will miss you a great deal!! Shadow and Tobias will make you at home as well as all of the others. You are the first ‘blog’ we have ever seen or participated in – you always were coming and going and giving all of us a chuckle on a daily basis – I hope that if your Peeps need anything they will always reach out to the Scotty community. We will help them get through this time of losing you! You were adorable as a puppy and grew to adulthood to look like a really special Scot – it was wonderful to see your antics over the years.

We are so beyond sorry for your loss; I’m in tears. Stuart was an amazing, beautiful, and sweet pup, and even though I just met him recently, I immediately fell in love with his soft eyes and sweet expression. I know he blessed your lives and you blessed his life too. It is now 6 PM and we are all going over to give Daisy a big hug in Stuart’s honor and say a prayer for you all. My heart hurts so much for you.

I tried to leave a message here three times but I was on my phone and couldn’t get into wordpress (I was out of town all weekend). My heart is just breaking for you. I am so deeply, deeply sorry. We keep coming back to admire Stuart’s beautiful face and expression. If ever a Scottie has so much to say and advise and report and give love, it was him. Please know you are in our prayers for peace and strength. The memories will always tug at your heart strings and there will be tears forever, a personality such as Stuart’s guarantees that. You wouldn’t want it any other way. Bless!
